About the Surgery
We are a General practice and primary care team including 4 GP partners, a nurse practitioner, 3 practice nurses and a healthcare assistant as well as a wide range of other health and care professionals
CHANGE TO SURGERY COMPUTER SYSTEM
In preparation for the move to the new health centre in Reydon and to enable the Practice software to integrate with that of other health professionals we will be changing our computer system. This may result in the following:
1. Reduced availability of appointments between 4th November and 15th November 2013;
2. A slight delay in getting through to the Surgery on the telephone;
3. Patients who order repeat prescription medication using the on-line Emis Access system being unable to make their order in the usual way until they have been transferred to the new on-line service.
Further information updates will be available in the surgery and the surrounding villages as well as the surgery website. If you use Practice on-line services please ensure that we have your up to date mobile telephone number if you would like us to send you sms text message bulletins.
Order Repeat Prescriptions and Book Appointments Online

Change to Branch Surgery
With effect from April 2013 the Wenhaston clinic with Dr Castle will be held on a Thursday afternoon instead of the Tuesday afternoon. The clinic start time remains the same at 2:30pm.
If you are one of our 'at risk' patients and have missed out on the annual flu jab, please contact the surgery as we can still do this immunisation for you.
Registering as a Patient
To register, simply come into the surgery and fill in the relevant forms. It would be helpful if you could provide your NHS number and a copy of your previous surgery's prescription order form. You will be asked to make an appointment for a "New Patient Health Check" with our healthcare assistant.
Reception is open Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:30pm.
In addition to the full range of GP services, the following are also offered by normal appointment procedure:
