results and general enquiries after 11:00am. Branch Surgeries Surgeries are held on Wednesday afternoons at Walberswick Village Hall and Tuesday afternoons at Wenhaston Village Hall. Please contact the main surgery for an appointment. About the Surgery We are a General practice and primary care team including 4 GP partners, a nurse practitioner, 3 practice nurses and a healthcare assistant as well as a wide range of other health and care professionals Registering as a Patient To register, simply come into the surgery and fill in a form. This only takes a few minutes. Bring with you your NHS Medical Card, if you have one, as this makes it much quicker for you. You will be asked to make an appointment for a "New Patient Health Check". Reception is open Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:30pm. Clinics: Clinics are held for all Chronic Disease Management, including: Asthma, Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease, Minor Ops, Smoking Cessation, Maternity and Health Check by normal appointment procedure. Repeat Prescriptions The repeat prescription answerphone number is Patients can also order repeat prescriptions online. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Dispensed Medicines Department of Health Regulations state that the GPās can not dispense to patients who live within one mile of a pharmacy. With the opening of a new pharmacy in Reydon on 23rd April 2012, Southwold Surgery will no longer be able to dispense medicines to you if you live within I mile of the new pharmacy. Unfortunately you will have to make alternative arrangements to obtain your dispensed medicines. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Patients who live more than 1 mile away from the new pharmacy in Reydon and the existing pharmacies in Southwold are unaffected by these changes.
